The whole world seems to be excited about the Obama presidency. Maybe now we can make some improvements in diplomatic relations that have suffered over the years with some countries.

It's Karie. I sure hope you remember me. I read your comment on Alice's blog and thought, "could that be Erin Dixon?" I'm glad to see it was you. What a sweet little boy you have! We, too, have a blog. Feel free to check it out. As for your post, I was not an Obama fan. However, today is another day. What can we do at this point other than pray for him and hope that the future is brighter. I watched his acceptance speech and I felt a little better about it all. I liked the part when he mentioned "those whose votes I did not win and I have yet to win..."we will work together...(something to that affect). Anyhow...I think I'm notorious for long comments. Just wanted to say hello.
